Terms & Conditions

1. Upon receipt of this signed agreement and booking fee of £400, BODA PRODUCTIONS reserves the date agreed upon. The booking fee is deducted from the final balance when that becomes due.

2. Cancellation of this agreement will only be accepted in writing and from the person who signed the original agreement.

3. Booking fees and any other payments are non-refundable.

4. It is the responsibility of the CLIENT to secure permission of the Wedding Ceremony Venue, Reception Venue and any other applicable parties to record video and audio of the event. BODA PRODUCTIONS cannot be held responsible where permission is denied to record a particular event.

5. BODA PRODUCTIONS cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to event postponement or cancellation.

6. Boda Productions reserves the right to use any or all of the footage / audio for promotional or other purposes including but not limited to use on our social media platforms.

7. Your satisfaction is the primary concern of Boda Productions. That said, you, the CLIENT, acknowledge that the finished product is a creative work, and as such, reasonable artistic license/discretion will be used during the filming and editing of the finished product. Not all aspects of all filmed events will make it into the finished product. Genuine errors on the part of Boda Productions will be corrected free of charge, any other changes to the finished product may result in additional charges not allowed for in this agreement. Additional charges in this case will be charged at a rate of £65 plus VAT per hour and work would proceed only after agreement by both CLIENT and BODA PRODUCTIONS.

8. It is the responsibility of the CLIENT to ensure that Boda Productions are informed of any changes to the event schedule prior to the event day itself.

9. Due to our candid style of videography, Boda Productions will rarely direct any event and will film the event as it unfolds. As such, Boda Productions may not capture every guest or event.

10. Any remaining balance is due at the latest 28 days prior to wedding day.

11. Boda Productions will not be held responsible for playback problems related to CLIENT equipment for example but not limited to PC’s, browsers etc.

12. Master or unedited footage or audio will not be made available unless by prior arrangement.

13. Bank transfers to; Santander, BODA PRODUCTIONS, Sort Code 09-01-28 Account Number 35666209. Please use your surnames as the reference.

14. This agreement is entered into between you, the CLIENT and Centro Productions Limited t/a BODA PRODUCTIONS.
